Westonbirt Arboretum is a must during the autumn months when the Acer Walk is spectacular and we highly recommend Abbey Gardens at Malmesbury (The Naked Gardener), early June sees the Roses, Irises & Clematis blooming here. Early spring is the time to see crocuses and snowdrops at Lacock Abbey and daffodils at Heale Gardens near Salisbury. Bowood rhododendrons are famous and well worth a visit, as is Montisfont Abbey and The New Forest.
